Name: TRUFFLE POWDER - Seasoning based on summer truffle and mushrooms in powder (SPT 30-100 g). Ingredients: Salt, potato flour, rice flour, dried summer truffle 5% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), dried mushrooms 3% (Agaricus bisporus), flavourings. KEEP IN A COOL AND DRY PLACE, AWAY FROM LIGHT AND HEAT. SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE.
